Consolidated Purchasing Corp was established in 1947 as a buying co-op for independent retailers who couldn't get factory terms on their own. The model worked: pool the orders, talk to the manufacturers as one voice, share the warehouse.
Nearly eighty years later the work is largely the same — the catalog has changed, the freight is containerized, and most of the negotiation happens over email instead of by telex — but the job is still finding the right product at the right price, bringing it stateside, and getting it out the door.
We operate out of 123 US Highway 46, Fairfield, NJ — a working warehouse, not a showroom. Visits by appointment.
We don't have a sales team and we don't run trade-show booths.
